website that can learn website development

where can i get those websites that can guide on learning HTML, PHP, even Java, and so on? i can get some resources on that but unfortunately, they aren't blind user friendly. most of it require mouse clicks and so on.

That's a good one, www.bookshare.org (it's $50 a year membership fee) has tons of books www.blindprogramming.com has books on html and php.

Right, I think they've been trying to work out something for people living out of the United States, but I haven't heard anything possitive about it.
